Next week, Holland High School students will take the Fall NWEA MAP Growth assessments in Reading and Math. These important benchmark tests provide valuable insight into what students know and what they are ready to learn next.
What families should know
This is our regular benchmark testing that we administer each fall, winter, and spring. It is not additional standardized testing. We are communicating with families now because the testing format is changing this year. Instead of students testing in their English and math classes, the new schedule more closely mirrors state testing. This shift will help us prepare students for state assessments and also reduce the impact on instructional time in their core classes.
EVERY student in the district will gain from ALL families completing the Education Benefits form.
