Pastries & Principals: The Value of Extracurricular Involvement

Families are invited to join Holland High School administration for Pastries & Principals on Thursday, September 18 at 3:30 p.m. in the Book Nook/Media Center.
This interactive session will focus on the value of extracurricular involvement, including clubs, sports, and community organizations. We’ll explore how these opportunities strengthen academics, build confidence, and connect students more deeply to their school community. Families will also learn about the process students can use to start their own club at Holland High, giving students the tools to turn their passions into meaningful opportunities.
Just as importantly, this event is designed to be a two-way conversation. Families will have the chance to share ideas and feedback with administration, helping us strengthen opportunities and support students together.
This session aligns with our schoolwide goals to:
Increase student connectedness and engagement
Improve family engagement by creating more opportunities for meaningful feedback and partnership
