Seasonal Health Reminders
- Cold & Flu Season – Encourage frequent handwashing, covering coughs/sneezes, and keeping students home if they are sick.
- Sleep Matters – A consistent bedtime routine helps students stay focused and ready to learn.
- Hydration & Nutrition – Send a refillable water bottle and balanced snacks to keep energy steady throughout the day.
Medication & Health Plans
If your child has a new diagnosis, updated medication, or a change in their health needs, please contact your school nurse. Keeping health plans current helps us provide the safest care possible.
Winter Weather Safety
- Dress in layers for warmth.
- Hats, gloves, and boots are important for recess.
- Change out of wet clothing promptly after outdoor play.
