Family Survey & Fall Conferences

Holland High Invites Families to Share Feedback and Connect with Teachers

Holland High School is inviting parents and families to take part in two important opportunities to stay engaged and connected this fall — our revamped Parent & Family School Climate Survey and our upcoming Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Parent & Family School Climate Survey

We want to hear from you! The School Climate Survey has been redesigned this year to make participation easier and faster than ever. The updated version includes just 12 short questions, focused on understanding how families feel about communication, safety, relationships, and overall school culture at Holland High.

Your feedback helps guide our decisions and identify ways to better support students and families. The survey should take only a few minutes to complete, and every response makes a difference.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

We are also looking forward to connecting with families in person during our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. Conferences will follow a traditional drop-in format, allowing parents and guardians to visit the teachers of their choosing in the HHS Commons.

Thursday, October 16 | 3:30–6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 21 | 3:30–6:30 p.m.

No appointments are needed—families can stop in at any time during conference hours. These conversations are an important way to strengthen the home-school connection and support student success.

Looking ahead, Spring Conferences will follow a student-led format, where each student will guide the discussion with their advisory teacher, reflecting on progress, strengths, and goals for the remainder of the year.

Why It Matters

Your involvement plays a key role in creating a positive, thriving school environment. Whether you take five minutes to complete the climate survey or attend conferences to meet teachers face-to-face, your partnership helps us ensure every student has the support they need to succeed.

We look forward to seeing you soon at Holland High!
