Complete the Education Benefits Form
Completing the Education Benefits Form is a key step to unlocking essential support for all HPS students. Federal & state resources are allocated based on the income data collected through this form. Without this data the district could lose out on critical funding.
Immigration status is not collected in the application process.
Every student in the district will gain from ALL families completing the Education Benefits form.
