K-5 Parent-Teacher Conferences
K-5 Parent Teacher Conferences will be held via Zoom on February 3, 9 and 11. Sign up for a time to meet with your child's teacher today!
It’s time for Second Semester Parent Teacher Conferences! We’re excited to meet with you to discuss your child. This semester, all conferences will be held virtually over Zoom. Parent/Teacher conferences are scheduled for:
- Wednesday, February 3, 3:50 - 6:50pm
- Tuesday, February 9, 3:50 - 6:50pm
- Thursday, February 11, 12:30-3:30pm (Remember, this is a half day for students.)
Once again, we will be using PTC Fast so that you can sign up for a time slot that works best for you.

- Make an appointment at Holland Heights
- Make an appointment for online-learners.
If you need help signing up, please feel free to give your school secretary a call. When signing up, please be sure to include your correct e-mail address. Your child's teacher will use the email you provide to send you the Zoom link after you sign up.
Here are the details you need to know about your virtual conference:
- Schedule your conference for each of your children via PTC Fast (Online only students will need to sign up via West Elementary’s link.)
- Watch your e-mail, each teacher will e-mail you the Zoom link for you to connect with them for your conference.
- Your child’s school iPad/Chromebook will come home on the day of the conference fully charged. Chargers will NOT be sent home.
- Be sure to have your child bring their iPad/Chromebook back to school the following school day.
- Conferences will be scheduled for a 10 minute time slot.
- You can sign up to meet with your child’s Art, Music, STEM and PE teachers. Because they are split between multiple schools, you will see more limited time options. Please feel free to sign up to meet with multiple specials teachers.
- If you have trouble connecting on the day of your conference, please call the school office and we will help you out.
