Salvation Army - 2021 Christmas Assistance Program “Hope Marches On”
Apply to receive gifts for children 0-17 and a food voucher towards a Christmas meal.
The following items will be needed for the application:
- ID for parent/guardian/adult applicant.
- Birth certificates, immunization records, or health insurance cards for children receiving gifts.
- Proof of address
Service Area: Southern Ottawa & Allegan County, except Plainwell, Otsego, & Martin
*After all information is received, you will be contacted regarding scheduling an appointment to pick out gifts for your children, or to pick up gifts given through the adopt-a-family program.

HPS Students (Grades 1-5) are invited to march in the Tulip Time KinderParade on Thursday May 9. If you are planning on your child walking in the parade, they must have a costume and you must fill out this form by Monday, May 6.

We'll connect HPS families with local community agencies and resources during our March Family Night.

Join us for a night of Health, Nutrition, and Exercise! We will have 4 rooms for families to visit:
- Holland Hospital/HPS Nurses- "Hygiene Tips & Tricks for Students"
- Kids Food Basket- "Healthy Eating & Healthy Eating Resources"
- City of Holland Farmers Market- "Double Up Food Bucks & Holland Farmers Market"
- Holland Recreation- "Spring/Summer Programming & Scholarships"
Raffle prizes and $10 Family Fare gift cards.
We will have different organizations here at tables in the hallway to support families.
We'll serve food that is healthy and nutritious!
Childcare will be provided by First Tee (Empowering kids and teens through the game of golf.)
