Social Emotional Learning Survey - Spring 2026
As part of our district’s ongoing efforts to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students, your child will be invited to take a Social Emotional Learning Survey April 27-May 8.
- The results of the survey will help our staff strengthen programs and support that increase our learner’s awareness and competency with social emotional skills.
- Results of the survey will be published in late May on the district website.
Viewing the Survey
Families who wish to review the survey questions in advance may do so at:
- Grades K-2 Survey Questions
- Grades 3-12 Survey Questions
- their child’s school April 17-24 during normal school hours.
Opt-Out Option
If you prefer that your child not participate in this survey, please notify your building principal by email no later than the end of the day on Friday, April 24. If you have students in more than one HPS building, please contact the principal from each building to opt-out each student.
