Dutch Theatre Earns Superior Ratings & Scholarship$
24 members of HHS Dutch Theatre attended the Michigan Educational Theatre Association's Thespian Festival in Lansing last weekend and brought home over a half a million dollars in scholarship offers and awards for great performances!
The Michigan Thespian Festival is the biggest high school festival in the state of Michigan (and the 10th largest in the country.) During the 2-day event students perform for judges and recruiters from colleges/universities around the state..
- Sam Lunn ($254,000.00), Gretchen Timmer ($277,000.00) & TeiJae Jackson ($80,000.00) brought home $611,000.00 in college scholarships.

A superior rating qualifies the students to compete at the International Thespian Festival next summer.
