Sign up for clubs at HMS
Your child is interested in joining an after school club. Clubs will be from 2:45-3:45. Parents must provide transportation and pick-up no later than 4:15.
Requirements:
- Must provide their own transportation home
- Must exhibit the following student behavior during club time:
- Be attentive
- Be respectful and use time wisely
*Failure to follow expectations will result in removal from the program
How to Join:
1. Fill out this form (If you participated semester 1, then you are all set)
2. Make sure you have transportation home
