- For K-12 families who have NOT completed online registration OR who need assistance with Parent Portal updates, academic counseling, or paying fees.
- Assistance with Parent Portal registration is also available at each school (excluding HMS) and district Admin building from 8-3:30pm.

Books & Games provides students with an hour of supervised reading, homework help, and games, plus a free breakfast an hour before school starts each morning. It also gives parents/guardians an extra hour to start their day or to get to work on time!
- Books & Games is FREE for all HPS students to attend!
- One hour before the start of school EVERY school day
- Students must be dropped off one-hour before the start of school
- Supervision provided by HPS Staff

These dates are tentative, pending ratification of The Board of Education at the April Board of Education Meeting.
Exciting things are happening at HPS! This ballot Proposal would:
- Renovate Jefferson Elementary
- Build a new Stadium at HHS
- Complete other important projects around the district
This proposal would generate $49,225,000 for improvements across the District, and if approved is projected to maintain the current millage rate of 4.73 mills - consistent with the rate set by voters in May 2021. Please vote on August 5!
- As we prepare for the start of the next school year, it's time register your student for 2025-26. This is something we ask ALL current HPS families to do EVERY year. Completing the registration lets us know:
- Your student(s) will be returning next year!
- Your household contact information is up to date
- Your student health information is up to date
- if you are requesting transportation for the 2025-2026 school year (Deadline to request bussing is August 1.)
Without this information, your student can not be added to a class list for next year OR have a class schedule created for them.
The Power H Shop is an initiative to support families experiencing crisis or financial hardship, by providing free household items through a dignified retail setting, and thus alleviating a family's financial hardship.
