Forensics Team competes at the Michigan Interscholastic Forensics Association State Festival

The Holland High School Forensics Team competed at the Michigan Interscholastic Forensics Association State Festival on Saturday, hosted at Troy High School. Competitors  Ahneke Armstrong (Storytelling), Eleanor McMullen (Impromptu) and Yanyssa Ochoa (Broadcasting) all performed well . Mariah DePoy brought home a 3rd place trophy in the event of Prose with her piece "The Shape of Thunder" by Jasmine Warga. This is Mariah's senior year and her 3rd time placing in the top 3 at the State competition. The team is coached by Jodi Ozimek and Amy Mares.
