We’re excited to welcome Pre-K-3rd grade students to our elementary summer school program at West Elementary beginning Monday, June 16! Our summer session focuses on learning through exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences—both in the classroom and outdoors.
Please remember:
Students will be spending time outside each day, so it’s important that they come prepared. To help your child have a successful and comfortable experience, please send them with the following:
Weather-appropriate clothing
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes for walking and play
Sunscreen and bug spray (applied before school)
A refillable water bottle labeled with their name
A hat or cap for sun protection (optional but encouraged)
Thank you for helping us keep your child safe, active, and ready to learn!
If you have any questions, please contact us at 616-494-2350.
We’re looking forward to a fun and enriching summer!
