The most recent order from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) has loosened restrictions for gatherings. Effective March 5, outdoor gatherings can have as many as 300 people from multiple households. Additionally, dancing / mingling is now allowed at outdoor events within a group (up to 300 people). This sounds like a Prom to me! A more detailed summary of the order from MDHHS is attached.
The details of our Senior Prom are still in the works, but please save Saturday, May 8 on your calendars for the 2021 Senior Prom. At this time, due to the gathering limits, this event is limited to seniors from HHS/HEC/HVRT. Please know that should the guidance form MDHHS change between now and May 8, the format for the event could also change.
