   3. Authorize Investment of Funds 
   4. Appoint Director of Finance as Electronic Transfer Officer (ETO) and Authorize the ETO to Administer Electronic Transfer of Funds 
   5. Authorize the Superintendent; Director of Finance; Deputy Superintendent; Supervisor of Facilities; 

Associate Superintendent of Student Services; and Associate Superintendent of School Improvement to sign contracts, and agreements as approved by the Board of Education and existing Board of Education bylaws and policies. 

1. 1. Authorize the Superintendent and Director of Finance to execute credit card/purchasing card                       agreements with Fifth Third Bank and/or Huntington Bank. 
   2. Authorize District and Building Administrators to approve and sign purchase orders  
   3. Appoint Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent as Deputy to the Board Secretary for the Purpose of Conducting all School Elections 
   4. Authorize Superintendent to Act as Executive Secretary of the Board for Purposes of 

Communicating all Official Acts of the Board in the absence of an identified Board spokesperson 

1. 1. Authorize Superintendent to Issue Individual Contracts to Teachers and Administrators and to Accept Resignations on Behalf of the Board 
   2. Authorize Superintendent, in Consultation with the Executive Committee, to Enter into 

Resignation and Settlement Agreements with District Employees 

1. 1. Designate Thrun Law Firm, P.C., Clark Hill, P.C., and Miller Johnson, to be Retained as Legal Counsel for 2021 

1. 1. Re-adopt all Existing Bylaws and Policies for 2021 
   2. Approve Participation in All Existing Special State/Federal/Private Programs for 2021 
   3. Board Compensation  
   4. Authorize the Superintendent to act on behalf of the Board of Education for the suspension or expulsion of a student as authorized by 380.1311 of the Revised School Act and Board Policy 5610.
