Class of 2026: Michigan College Month – Free Applications: October is Michigan College Month, which means many colleges and universities are waiving their application fees all month long. This is the perfect time to apply early while it’s free and save money. Michigan College Month

HOMECOMING DANCE INFORMATION: Save the Date and Buy Your Tickets...Oct. 11 from 8-11pm in the HHS CommonsTickets are on sale now at hhsdances.ludus.com for $15.00. Mrs. Davenport in the SSO is also available for cash sales after school and during lunch. Ticket sales conclude promptly at 3:30pm on Oct. 10th. No exceptions! Tickets are NOT sold at the door.If you are bringing a guest from another school, you must pick up a Guest Pass in the SSO and RETURN the completed form no later than 3:00pm on Wednesday, Oct. 8th. Again- no exceptions. No forms will be accepted after this time.

Women's Swimming and Diving: Holland High School's Paige Frens won the 500 freestyle against South Haven at the Holland Aquatic Center on Thursday, October 2. Frens took ten seconds off her previous time for a personal best time of 6:39.49. She also placed third in the 50 freestyle. Maggie Telgenhof won the diving round with a score of 153.40, and Ally Valentine placed second. Sophomore Sage Brown tied for second place with a personal best time in the 200 Individual Medley, and fellow sophomore Olivia Bernal placed second in the 50 and 100 yard freestyle events. Lena D'Addona took third in the 200 freestyle, and Imagyn VanVeen went third in the 100 butterfly and second in backstroke. Telgenhof finished off the individual events with a third-place finish in breaststroke."Once again, we showed some major improvements in our racing," said Coach Tonya Book. "This team supports each other well, and the encouragement is contagious!"Holland will host Spring Lake on Tuesday, October 7, at 6:30 pm at The Holland Aquatic Center.

Women's Golf: The Lady Dutch traveled to The Ravines today for their OK Black Conference match. Leading for the Dutch were Alex Perales followed by Keoni Gainey, Kinsley McGraw, Faolan Rohr, and Rosie DeRoo. Alex Perales also received All-Conference Honorable Mention, placing 14th overall in the conference!
