Rotary Club: The Holland Rotary Club is focusing on bringing awareness to world hunger, and how to help, so the club has decided to have a competition between the advisory classes to go along with the dogeball tournament to get more kids to participate. Rotary Club is going to place a giant cardboard box in each class, where kids can place canned food, which will later be donated to Kids Food Basket. The winner will be announced at the dodgeball tournament, and the next Wednesday will receive a prize of donuts from DeBoers.

Holland High Art: Mayor Bocks will be making a PROCLAMATION on Wednesday, March 4th at 4 pm, at City Hall, that MARCH IS YOUTH ARTS MONTH!! This is open to the public. Holland Public Schools will have student art represented in two exhibits for the month of March.
One exhibit will be at Holland Area Arts Council from March 5-28, and the other exhibit will be featured at Herrick District Library, March 2-31. The following high schoolers are represented: @ Herrick: Hector Zuniga, Annie Lou HowellAnjalee GaleKate FergusonKelsie Dekker

Student Shoutouts: Recognizing each other ups your Aura! Use the link below to submit a recognition form and earn yourself 20 5-Star points! There are also posters in the Commons with a QR code you can scan with your phone. Points will be awarded every Monday. If you write an outstanding shout-out, it could be picked to be shared during the morning announcements and you could get extra points! All shout-outs will be recognized on the TVs around the school, so if you see your name, stop and read what others noticed about you!
