This year's participants have been working tirelessly researching, writing, creating and curating their NHD projects for competition at the regional and state levels. These students have added this monumental task to an already busy and stressful workload during a global pandemic.  I am so proud of the time, effort, and perseverance these kids have shown in this academic pursuit.

Due to the continued COVID precautions NHD has once again gone virtual and the Michigan Historical Society has followed suit. Check out the virtual gallery of participants' projects in this year's Michigan History Day Competition Showcase.
