Staff can create a work order or check on "open" or "closed" work orders, by logging in to the Helpdesk system at http://help.oaisd.org. Individuals will need to log in using their network login username & password.

Forms, Files and General Information
Technology Ordering Form - Print this form, fill it out as much as you can and send it into the Technology Department for further estimates on pricing and time. Use this form for requesting ALL additional technology or large project support for existing technology.
Account & Phone Add/Change Form - Fill out appropriate section(s) and submit to HR and Technology by clicking on the button at the bottom. Print one for yourself if you desire but there will also be a copy in your sent mail folder in GroupWise. Use this form for new staff accounts (Network, GroupWise, Infinite Campus, and phone) or changing staff information (phone number, room number, location, etc).
