Hello. My name is Julie Kindred, and I teach AP Statistics, Honors Algebra II, and Stats and Data at HHS.
AP Stats: This month we will be working on rules of probability including random variables. Please ask your student about tossing kisses and spinning coins. We will be testing on chapter 6 before break and quizzing on chapter 7.
Honors Algebra 2: This month we will continue on our work with polynomials. We are graphing, factoring, and solving polynomials. Students are also learning advanced factoring techniques. We will be testing on chapter 6 and quizzing on chapter 7 before Christmas break.
Stats and Data: The inaugural class has begun. We are discussing the science of data and stats. Ask your student about the many activities and computer work we are doing.
