If you would like to attend the 2012 Senior All Night Party, please print and complete the following registration form. Turn in completed form and check for $60 to Ms. Snyder in the counseling office. If you would like to set up a payment plan (example: $10 per month from Dec. until May), please let Ms. Snyder know.
