Total Communication Program at Holland East
Hello, my name is Lindy Rewitzer, and I teach Hearing-Impaired students at Holland East in grades K-7. I run a Total Communication classroom which means I incorporate both oral and sign language skills based on the individual needs of each students. The focus in my classroom is in helping my students reach their Speech and Language goals as well as provide a resource for them in their general education classes. I am in close communication with the general education teachers to assure the student's best possible success in their over all school experience.
