Hello. I'm Kris Phillips and I've taught in Holland Public Schools for 17 years. I've taught several different grades in several different buildings over the years. I always enjoy being in the classroom with your children. I look forward to getting them excited about reading and writing
Reading Logs continue to be due every Friday.
Please note that students have a weekly reading log it is a single sheet of paper. They get a new one every week and if they lose it are welcome to use a regular sheet of paper from home. Students need to read a total of 150 minutes at home and complete the entire log.

*Reminder! Conferences will be held Monday from 3:30 - 6:30, Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00, and Thursday from 12:00 - 3:00. We hope to see you all there!
*Thursday afternoon and Friday all day there is no school.
*Students will not have reading logs due this week because of the shortened week.
*6th grade will continue working on their argument essays and research.
*7th grade will finish "The Love Letter" and write a compare and contrast essay.
March 30 - April 8 is Spring Break
