Welcome to Jill Van Wylen's Web Page!
Hello! My name is Jill Van Wylen and I am an Early Childhood Special Education teacher at the Maplewood ECC building. This is my first year of teaching and I am excited to bring new ideas to the classroom!! I have spent time in several different types of classrooms, including a Severely Multiply Impaired classroom in Holland Public Schools, a General Education Kindergarten classroom, and an Early Childhood Special Education classroom.
Maplewood ECC has Young 5's classrooms, Great Start Readiness Programs for four-year-olds, and four sections of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE). ECSE is for children 3 - 6 years old who require special education services. These services might be Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech/Language Therapy.
It's almost Spring, and here are some of the new letters and themes for the coming months of March and April!
