LOG INTO the Help Desk system, where you can create a work order or check on "open" or "closed" work orders, by logging in to the Helpdesk system at http://help.oaisd.org. You will need to log in using their network login username & password.

PLEASE REMEMBER - The tech help offered above is for your tech issues involving district-provided technology, the network, and instructional spaces. IF YOU ARE PLANNING AN EVENT OR GROUP TRAINING (where you need facility use approval and may also need set-up assistance from tech, custodial, door/key access, and others), please use the Easy Reach System right here to send your request the the HPS Facilities & Maintenance Department. Upon their approval, all of the necessary set-up notifications will be automatically sent to the appropriate people for you.
